Shaped plans offer full speed access to the plan speed of your selection up to the specified download quota. Once you reach your quota you can continue to download at the shaped speed and you will not incur extra charges. The speed will be shaped (slowed down) as follows : 256/64 shaped to 33.6/28.8, 512/128 shaped to 56/33.6, 1500/256 shaped to 56/33.6. If at this point you wish to maintain your speed please contact Customer Support about upgrading to a larger download limit.

Residential Unlimited Plans are subject to the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Excessive download acounts will be monitored and if the AUP is breached shaping will be applied "from the AUP Limit".
New ADSL line connection fee of $132 applies.
ADSL churn fee of $45 applies when changing from another ADSL service provider.
Early exit admin fee of $75 applies if the ADSL account is churned in less than 6 months.
These ADSL plans are restricted to one Customer/ one household/ one ABN number.
